Garden Sauna

Gintara was a pleasure to work with from the start. He was very helpful on the phone whilst discussing my purchase of a hot tub. I was worried about access and delivery to my garden. He was careful to ensure this would be possible. He delivered the sauna with his team earlier than expected and they were polite, efficient and did a great job. We are extremely happy with the entire experience and importantly with our hot tub which is great quality and a lovely addition to our garden. Thank you to Gintara and your team for everything!

Gintaras' Garden Sauna work was top-class from start to finish! He won my sauna bid (I had of course looked at various companies) by being really friendly and helpful during our many phone call discussions and whatsapp messages giving advice and answering all my questions. During the roughly 2 months waiting time he kept me updated with progress and helped answering more questions about the electricity requirements and the base preparations. He then was spot on in delivering the sauna and installed it promptly within only one day arriving on the dot of the agreed time in the early morning. The sauna now looks absolutely stunning - probably even better than ever imagined. I can't yet comment on the usage of it as I still have to wait for my electrician to connect everything up but I can't wait. I highly recommend you to use Gintaras and Garden sauna and would give him 5 star plus if possible!

I was fortunate enough to find Garden Saunas UK, who have now fitted a beautiful Glass Barrel sauna. The Sauna is excellent and seems very well constructed, and feels like real quality.Gintaras was very good at communicating lead times, and I never felt like I wasn’t informed on the process and the lead times.The Sauna is a perfect addition and I use it with my wife and Children in our garden, we have been in twice so far, everyday we have had it. It works perfectly, gets to a good temperature where you can really feel the benefits.Gintaras is a very honest guy, and clearly a hard work, and completed with the 24week lead time he gave me at the start.I would highly recommend them, they are honest, provide excellent, service and quality, and decent people.

Absolutely fantastic service from the first enquiry!!!Would most definitely recommend if you are thinking about purchasing a Sauna or Hot tub…. Or both as we did in the end.Firstly about two months before we ordered a sauna, we were kept in the loop on updates on our order, it arrived within 6 weeks of ordering and the service was so plain sailing we really wished that we had ordered the hot tub at the same time!After that we ordered a hot tub and the service was again 100%.The finished product on both are fantastic and we are super happy that we made the right decision and went with Garden Sauna. All the guys are hard working, friendly and professional.-If you a reading this review and are really thinking about …. DO IT !!! Gintaras and his team were excellent. Ordered a barrel sauna paid the deposit, organised my sparky to ensure power was available, and within a couple of months the team came for the day to assemble it. They were all hard working, polite, super professional and did a great job with the install. The Sauna is a pleasure to use and I’m really chuffed to bits. I ordered the 280 Delux that comes with a 9kW electric heater and it gets super hot super quick. Thank you guys, you were a pleasure to deal with and made everything simple. Well after looking for a sauna, I decide to Go with Garden sauna's,Am so Glad that I did, To the build Quality and the Finnish is top End.Gintaras and his Team came this week to build it, one full day and it was up and running, Gintaras sorry about the Scottish weather as it was heavy rain that day.If you're looking for a Quality sauna this is the place to Order it from.

We are very pleased with the product and the whole experience from first contact to completion was first class. The quality is exceptional. Gintaras has an excellent team who were efficient building the sauna - Nerijus, Adomas and Danielius and paid attention to the details.

Ordered this sauna as my wife’s 40th birthday gift … having left it to the last minute to order, the team managed to get it to me fast, installation was fast and the wife is happy (most importantly).I have to say this Sauna is fantastic!!! The quality and service from the team at Garden Saunas has been second to none.Massive thanks to all at Garden Sauna … we now spend our Friday nights watching the sheep from our happy place.
