Made a request to have repairs done to my PVC windows. Received email back on April 4th that they would get in touch when an engineer is available. Heard nothing since, so can't comment on whether they are any good or not!

What happened??? I used this firm a few years ago and they were fine. Turned up, did the job, no fuss. The last two times I’ve used them they were terrible. FIVE no-shows this time! That’s beyond a joke. This isn’t how business should be done, especially not from a small local firm. I won’t be using them again. Shame.
