Vision for Education Leeds

I have had a very positive experience with this supply agency. I have received regular work since the middle of October which I expected, as i know September is usually a quiet time. Richie at the Leeds branch is an honest, down to earth manager who maintains excellent communication with teachers which makes things easier. Also I’ve found the hours/ days offered to me fit in with my other study commitments which is helpful. I would definitely recommend this supply teaching organisation.

There’s a number of issues this company needs to improve on before being as good as other supply agencies -1. Vision only have the roughest of schools that no other supply company wants to have on board so you’d need to be prepared to tackle challenging behaviour.2. They need to increase the overall number of schools they have - they provided me with very little work while I was with them so I had to sign up to other agencies to actually start receiving work.3. They need to stop sending incorrect and misleading messages to teachers so that they look unprofessional to the schools they are attending.4. They need to stop promising the ‘Guaranteed wage scheme’ to teachers when interviewed then take it back a few weeks into the term without paying you any of the money they said you were ‘guaranteed’.5. They need to update their teacher list after they get full time jobs - I still receive phone calls from them despite telling them weeks ago I got a job teaching full time.

The sign-up process was super easy and before I knew it, I was getting called in to work at schools. The agency were effective in getting me jobs, especially after the lockdown eased. I have only been working with the agency for around a month and I have been offered a permanent position at the school I started working at through Vision. Alongside this, pay is good and there is regular CPD training online. Richie has been a great help and had also lined me up for a permanent interview at a school and has also answered some queries I have had. Compared to other agencies, Vision is definitely very effective and helpful in not only finding you temporary work; but also permanent positions. Would definitely recommend!

I am very happy with the service I have received from Vision for Education. The process of signing up was quick and simple to follow. I was offered free Team Teach training and access to a wide range of online courses, which I think is brilliant. Liam took the time to understand what roles I am interested in and very soon after the interview I was able to work in different schools. I would definitely recommend this agency!

Richie the branch manager was attentative, did his best to accommodate to my needs and understood the type of supply work I wanted. After registering with Vision I had consistent work to fit my schedule. Lucky for me my day to day supply turned into long term supply, and I didn’t have to move around to other schools. I was paid every week and this was consistent. I definitely recommend the agency whether you’re looking for day to day or long term work. I have enjoyed working here.

I have worked for vision for a while now the service has been excellent, had a long term placement which was uninterrupted and great experience. The staff are a great help when needed. Pay on time every week with no problems.
