I couldn’t recommend Rebecca enough! She came to my house for a 1:1 course on Hypnobirthing and made my partner and I feel at ease. All the information Rebecca taught us on Hypnobirthing has been so helpful and really made me feel like I have correct knowledge and confidence to make my own choices when it comes to my birth. She really opened my eyes and also my partners on things I didn’t even know were possible. I now feel confident and ready for when I go into labour. Any questions I had were answered and I am still in contact with her with things that crop up that I need advise on. My partner and I attended Rebecca's birth preparation course last weekend. I would highly recommend this two day course to anyone who is wanting to use hypnobirthing techniques while they are in labour. Rebecca is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to make sure everyone attending the course was feeling comfortable and that their individual needs and queries were met. The addition of snacks and drinks was also a lovely touch, along with the hypnobirthing workbook and other useful items we were given as part of the course. I would definitely use Rebecca's services again - her professional and balanced approach is just what anyone preparing for labour and birth needs.

We did the in person hypnobirthing weekend course with Rebecca, which was great!We'd really recommend this to others expecting a baby.You learn so much info about hb techniques and birth/what happens in the body etc and how to advocate for yourself andthe birth you want (this was really important to me and my partner and I feel that you just wouldn't get told some of this stuff otherwise.)We feel much more prepared now and excited for baby!

If you're thinking of booking this course DO IT!! The best decision we made. My partner and I were originally TERRIFIED of the birthing process and hearing all the horror stories that go along with it but after the weekend intensive course I had the tools to actually get excited and plan for a positive birth. They were SO useful for the lead up to the birth, the birth itself and then afterwards.Our birth story is one that my partner and I are both incredibly proud of- we absolutely love re-telling and revisiting it (and that's coming from someone who had really wanted a natural water birth but ended up with an emergency c-section.) There is NO WAY that my experience would have been positive if it hadn't of been for Rebecca and all the knowledge she gave us on this course. Simple as that. Thank you so much!

I cannot recommend Rebecca and her Hypnobirthing Course enough. I went into it feeling completely clueless and incredibly anxious about birth but by the end of course I felt informed, positive and empowered. Rebecca is a wonderful teacher, explaining things brilliantly whilst showing understanding and empathy for any worries or anxieties you may be having. She continues to check in and support even after the course is over and I know I could ask for her help or a listening ear at any point in my pregnancy/birth journey. My husband and I attended Rebecca's hypnobirthing course this weekend and it was amazing. She provided invaluable information and guidance and offers continued support during pregnancy which makes us feel more confident in our journey to birth our baby.
