CH1 Boutique Stays

Right in the heart of alfresco Chester. Saturday was Chester Races, so Bridge Street was partying 'til late, but ok with windows closed. The host kept our bags for us after check out, until mid afternoon. Great hospitality.

Fantastic apartment right in the centre of Chester. Great boutique-style decor. Patrizio was a lovely host with lots of helpful tips and cooked a yummy breakfast every day!

Amazing apartment in a fantastic location, very central.We stayed in apartment 2 on the top floor with classy and comfortable decor, plus nice views of one of the main pedestrianised streets in Chester. The finish line for this weekend's Santa Dash" was literally outside our window

I just wanted to take the time to thank you for the most wonderful stay.We were totally blown away by the apartment, it was truly stunning and the decor was out of this world - we didn’t want to leave.In addition the staff that we dealt with were incredibly friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Wonderful apartment with 5 star service from beginning to end. The owner, Patrizio, has some serious interior design skills, the place is so beautiful. For a group of girls going to Chester Races ladies day, it was the perfect glamorous spot. Right in the centre of Chester surrounded by boutiques, restaurants and bars, yet very peaceful inside. Breakfast brought to the room was the icing on the cake. I can see this becoming an annual event!

Upon arrival me by Chai who happily stored out luggage until we returned for check in later.The building is clearly sign posted on the busy main high street.We stayed in the Deva room. This is located on the top floor. No lift so be mindful if you have mobility issues.The room was a very high standard luxurious. The kitchen was well equipped.Bathroom really lovely with a great shower and able to listen to music on the in house system.Chai was really kind, explained the breakfast options to order.The breakfast was a very high standard and really set us up for the day ahead.Overall I would recommend this property to family and friendsThank you for your hospitality Patrizio & Chai

We have just come back from the most AMAZING stay at CH1 BOUTIQUE.We stayed in the Roman Suite and everything was perfect from start to finish.Patrizio was on hand whenever you needed help. He went over and beyond to make our stay as special as possible.The apartment was executed to a very high standard and the whole place was immaculately clean.Just some of the finer details that make this apartment so much more special -  Dressing gowns, slippers, perfumes, luxury bedding and toiletries, umbrellas (if needed) and breakfast in bed. The list goes on.I can't praise this place enough.WE LOVED OUR STAY!!!And will definitely be back.Thank you Patrizio ......

Absolutely beautiful a gem right in the heart of Chester, the host is so kind and very thoughtful and helpful, they have gone way beyond in their decor, very high standards and spotlessly clean we stayed 26th May 2023 and are returning 23rd June as cannot fault them, we thought we would miss the hotel vibe but in all honesty this apartment is much better and just outside there is a lovely cafe for breakfast. Do not hesitate to book honestly you won’t regret it.

We had the most amazing stay, everything was even better than expected. The apartment was stunning, amazingly clean and fresh. The host was attentive, friendly and lovely. Breakfast was first class. Perfect location for Chester and very easy to find. We'll be staying again very soon.

Patrizio was central to making our long weekend in Chester superb from start to finish. . Pre booking correspondence was excellent and he catered so attentively to us.. we are here to spoil you he would say to us! My gluten free breakfast options were delicious.The interior decoration of this listed building is exceptional and there has been consideration to every cushion, fitting, herb basket, champagne ice bucket, coffee and tea selection etc. There is evidence of attention to detail everywhere.
