Toke a van for repairing my lock .Have been told it will be done same day, even they call me and they confirmed the part will arrive same day.I called them 4pm if my van is ready and they told me it wouldn't be ready till next day.Probably good mechanics but poor services for parts.

I feel there prices are very expensive. They even charge for diagnostic. You would think this would be free. Overall not good value for money.
