Lurgan Housing Executive Office

I got a text today Feb 4 2019 at 10.45 to say someone wouldbe with me in an hour to replace smoke decters as I had trouble at the weekend wow I thought great service so I cancelled my appointment for physically therapy only to ring the office at 12.55 and to be told sorry this was a mistake automated text and someone contact me by phone2/3 working days.i find this unacceptable.what I don't understand is how could it have been automated text when it had a job number on it surely each job has a different number.

The guy at the desk I think his name is Paul but not sure Anyway he is a very polite man very easy to talk to and listen to what I had to say This is why I'm giving the executive 5 stars to a very helpful employeee
