North Devon Shooting Ground

The shooting ground is spot on really nice place.The instructor Clive was great and very helpful can’t wait to go back.

Fantastic day out shooting for five. made the whole day enjoyable for all spectrums of people in our LGBT group. a sport like that made it extremely inclusive. Very professional will be going again.

Highly recommend this place. Gavin was amazing. All staff are great always happy to help out in any way they can. Toke my 15 year old lad for his first big boy shoot and he loved it. A little hard to find as it's tucked down in a valley behind the vets. Park at the top of the hill as you'll probably bottom out a car going down the track. Only a minute walk down the hill to the shooting area. Very reasonably priced with a few different choices.Amazing experience loved by all 3 of us and would highly recommend to anyone that's intersed in moving targets and or advancing your skill set and experience. Thank you to all of you for the great couple of days we had with you. See you again when we come back down.

Managed to get a round of clays in whilst on holiday with the family in North Devon. Clive and Gavin were really helpful. I was able to hire a gun as I didn't bring one down with me. A very good layout on the ground with lots of variation to suit all levels of ability. Thanks for a good couple oh hours guys. Will be back as soon as I get the chance

Clive was a great host the facilities were top notch and we all had a great time.

So much variety packed into a this ground, managed by Clive who is a first class coach for beginners and old hands alike. We love coming here over a 2/3 day visit to Woolacombe/ Ilfracombe - another great visit this week with friends - we will be back!

Our group were shooting for the fist time, including a 14 year old. Gavin was very patient and we all loved the experience. We would have gone back for more but we were only in Devon for a short break. We did a session of 25 rounds each. Thoroughly enjoyed the session. Thank you Gavin!

Had a lovely day out. Birthday present for my partner who has shooting experience, whereas I don't. Clive and Jackie were friendly and welcoming. Really good instruction given (to me!) and lots of time and patience. Really lovely experience. Would definitely recommend it.

Visited twice in recent months. First time with our son for his 20th Birthday in October 2022 and again in February 2023 as a day out for both our sons. On both occasions, we selected the 50-shot package which included 1-1 and 1-2 coaching from the owner Clive who was brilliant. Gun, cartridges and jacket provided as well as guidance on the 5 different clay pigeon shooting ranges you get to use for 10 shots a range. Highly recommend it and will be back.
