Staff rude and like to rush you when they under pressure. Tight space around garage with hardly any parking. This Lauren lady is not nice to deal with, super assertive & not welcoming to any new face. Avoid sending car here for repairs.

Brought my car to Micks garage after developing a few problems, Cem and the guys in the garage were very knowledgeable and guided me through the whole process, keeping me updated regularly, Lauren was also very helpful, I would definitely use this garage again! Can’t fault them.

Brought my BMW 3series here due to leak in coolant system. They organised the full repair including part delivery, everything was done as agreed. Lauren is very attentive, kept me updated throughout the process, always answered the phone and even provided a small additional fixes free of charge. Would definitely use this garage again in the future.

Update from last visit Oct 2023:I had my MOT fail due to the headlamps being severely clouded, I appreciate the work performed to pass the test. It would be even better if the cost breakdown of the service performed is listed in a bit more detail, for example in my case, I was not informed nor have a document reference on whether a UV Protection application was coated onto my headlamp to justify the cost. I hope to see improvement in this admin area from the management team. Reliable, efficient and organised, team uniform and detail cost breakdown with invoice. I'm pleased and very welcome the appointment system, little bit not used to it since it was a 'norm' of first come first serve with the original owner Mick. Keep up the good work!

Pleasant experience from the team at the garage and went above and beyond fixing stuff that wasn't part of the service, like resitting rubber seals and cleaning the engine parts and what looks like some product to prolong the life of rubber tubes under the bonnet. I didn't expect this level of service and makes me very happy, I only went for an oil change. I will be returning for future check ups and work, well done team.

These guys are awesome. For a small fee they collected my car and returned it same day. They not only made sure that it passed it's MOT but as a courtesy filled the tyres. Super happy with their service and would highly recommend.

Workers are really awesome, very kind, they know what they’re talking about when it comes to cars. I fully recommend going to them and they are very genuine people. Had a whole engine change and the engine is working flawlessly and smooth. 10/10 experience.
