Charlotte at twisted loom has done a fantastic job of reupholstering our chaise longue, we couldn’t be happier with it. It has been a pleasure to work with twisted loom, great communication and excellent quality from the recommendation on fabric choice to the reupholstery. The chaise is restored to its former glory - or probably improved on it!

Charlotte did an amazing job of reupholstering my swivel chair! She took the time to talk me through different samples and helped steer me in the right direction to pick out a suitable fabric. I'm extremely pleased with the result and would highly recommend!

Charlotte upholstered some cushions for an old rocking chair. She has done a fantastic job, the chair looks great. Really high quality finish, fast turnaround, would highly recommend and we will definitely use in the future if we have anything else that needs doing.

A beautiful job done! Charlotte Cochrane of Twisted Loom is lovely, clear on costs and possible unforeseen repairs and the time it may take, and instantly in touch if any delays. Ours is an old chair that we wanted recovered (no repairs needed) but she is also sensitive to the feel of the piece generally. We are thrilled with the result and I would recommend her highly.

Great business! I asked for a rather non-traditional upholstering piece of work to save two stools destined for the tip. Charlotte was approachable, flexible (despite me wanting to use football shirts!) and carried out the project with as much care and attention as she would a more traditional upholstering job. I had the stools back all finished sooner than I expected and I was really pleased with the end result. Will definitely be going back with any upholstering jobs in future....

Charlotte did an amazing job on these new cushions, which have transformed our nursing chair. The quality is fantastic and they are really well made. She was responsive, helpful and friendly throughout the process… I'd highly recommend!

Charlotte made seat cushions for a set of Ercol chairs we inherited from our Grandparents. Great service, excellent choice of fabrics, really good job - we love our new chairs!! They have a new lease of life and we will definitely use Charlotte again for other chair up-cycling projects.

Charlotte reupholstered a beloved armchair and has done a fabulous job. The armchair has a lot of sentimental meaning and Charlotte just 'got it'. She was helpful and patient when I chose the fabric, and she kept me updated on progress and when it would be ready. The finished result is fantastic!
