As one of the earliest party’s to stay at Hay Barn we were immensely impressed with the decor, facilities and attention to detail. This is by far the best large accommodation we have ever stayed at and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.Hayley and Jeremy could not of been more helpful and left a sumptuous welcome pack on our arrival. We can’t wait to go back.

What an amazing spot… I had the pleasure of staying at this lovely barn conversion during my recent trip, and I can confidently say that it exceeded all of my expectations.The Hay Barn was beautifully furnished, and the attention to detail was evident in every aspect. From the large bedrooms to the comfortable sofas, everything was top-notch and made for a comfortable stay.The location was perfect for exploring the many famous walks, including the 3 Peaks, and a stunning view of Ingleborough.Perhaps the highlight of my stay, however, was the exceptional service provided by the hosts. Their attention to detail and eagerness to ensure that guests have a wonderful experience truly sets them apart. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for.Overall, I would highly recommend the Hay Barn to anyone looking for a luxurious, comfortable, and convenient stay. It truly deserves a 5-star rating.

We stayed at Hay Barn a few weeks ago with 2 other couples. It was by far and away the best holiday home we've ever stayed in. It is beautifully decorated and finished to an exceptionally high standard with so much attention to detail. It is modern, light, comfortable and spacious yet maintains a traditional feel with oak beams, large fireplace etc. So much thought and care has been put into the design and layout by the hosts.The bedrooms are large with super comfortable beds and the kitchen is really well equipped and laid out. You won't want to eat out! The lounge is large with a wonderful log burner but still manages to feel cosy. And the snug area by the window is the perfect, peaceful place to read a book and feel totally relaxed.The hot tub and snooker table are an added bonus and were well used during our stay.The location is spot on with magnificent views of Ingleborough. In fact, it is in an ideal location for exploring the Yorkshire Dales, Lancashire and the Lake District.It is a very versatile house as it would just as easily suit a large family as well as couples.And finally, thanks to Hayley and Jem who are the perfect hosts. They are friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable of the area. Nothing is too much trouble.We will definitely be back!

This is a true gem - a fantastic renovation by the owners who haven't skimped on any detail. How fantastic to find a place which sleeps 10 and no one gets an inferior room! The space is very generous and the furnishings are tasteful and sumptuous but at the same time you feel relaxed and at home. The owners, who live next door, have put heart and soul into this property and it really shows. A great space for multi-generational get-togethers and reunions. And if you're lucky you get to have Monty the dog as company! A super stay. Six stars!

What a fabulous weekend we spent at Hay Barn recently. Everything exceeded expectations. The location is wonderful - quiet, secluded, views of Ingleborough, direct river access and then only 5 minute drive to all the facilities at Bentham and Ingleton. The barn itself manages to achieve that rare balance between being super spacious and practical whilst still homely and welcoming. The quality of the construction as well as the furnishings give a real sense of luxury. The attention to detail meant our every need was catered for, be it in the amazingly well equipped kitchen, the relaxing living space, or the super comfy bedrooms. The games room and hot tub just added to the whole experience. And of course Hayley and Jem with their many years of experience in the industry are the perfect hosts - attentive, friendly and professional. I cannot recommend Hay Barn highly enough!

We (3 couples and 2 single people) had a fantastic stay in Hay Barn. The property has been tastefully developed to provide spacious accommodation which is a mix of traditional features (the beams, huge fireplace etc) and ultra modern facilities (fantastic shower rooms, super sized, super comfortable beds, blue tooth music system etc). There are many extras" - a wonderful welcome pack
