Received a call today to see if i would be interested in a free life insurance quote and to review my current one. I am very happy to review that both gentlemen dealing with myself were very polite and courteous. Answered any questions fully and helped me gain a great deal for joint life insurance. I received a curtesy call from a lovely lady called Linda out of the blue and had never really thought about life insurance until she brought it to my attention. I answered a few questions and everything was explained very clearly and I decided I was happy to go ahead and set it all up. I was transferred to a young Welshman called Nick and was ever such a pleasure to chat to. I am now the proud owner of an affordable life insurance plan. Thank you.

I'm a broker myself and part of a big network . I cannot do second charge loans myself and came to Daniel Brewster at Charles Frank Finance because my own network referral was pretty poor , slow and incapable of providing me with a decent solution. Daniel was very thorough at getting my client the best possible rate and treated the application as if it was his own client . I was introduced to Charles Frank by my mortgage advisor to help with a second charge. After speaking with someone there I was then passed on to one of their advisors called Daniel who talked me through everything. I didn’t know what to expect and never knew what a second charge was but Daniel explained everything to me every step of the way and reassured me a lot keeping me up to date and telling me what to do next.
