The Sapphire team are wonderful, everyone is welcoming and friendly. Emma is so knowledgeable and reassuring, she really takes the time to listen to what you are hoping to achieve and works with you to achieve that. They will also schedule a courtesy call post treatment to ensure things are as they should be - their knowledge and attention to detail is what sets them apart from others in the field.I am thrilled with my final results and so glad I found Emma after years of debating whether to go ahead and have my treatment.I wouldn’t go anywhere else but Sapphire in future and highly recommend them. Emma, Kath, Laura and the whole team are highly trained professionals who deliver a gold star service. They listen and advise accordingly on treatments and products that are right for you and never, ever persuade you to have additional or more expensive products / procedures. I am beyond happy with the service and results I have experienced from the wonderful team at Sapphire Medical Aesthetics. They are simply the best.
