I have 16 audio cassettes which were recorded in 1982/83. They are very special to me, but because of their age I've been very reluctant to play them, surely they'll get eaten by the machine. I found Paul's details and his expertise and service prompted me to look into having my cassettes transferred into a digital format. The results are a wonderful reminder of those special times in the 80's. To those who have put off getting your old cine film and tapes transferred into a modern format, I can recommend Paul. Adding to my review from May 2023, Paul did a second project for us in October 2023 for old 8mm & VHS tapes including ones that needed a repair. And again, Paul has done a magnificent job for us, allowing our family to watch scenes from over 40 years ago that we had forgotten. Many thanks to Paul for the painstaking attention to detail and work to repair tapes, making them usable again.MAY 2023 - first projectWe found 10 old miniDV tapes but did not think they could be digitised. From my first email contact to receiving the USB stick with the videos, Paul has been great to deal with. Excellent communication, advice and a quick completion of the project at a very fair price. And now we have some wonderful memories for the family to see, on a variety of devices . Highly recommended!

Paul did an amazing job on transferring our wedding and that of brother and sister-in-laws wedding from cine film onto digital format to preserve the fabulous memory we had of that day. Paul cleaned up the cine film and added title frames to give it that professional touch and was extremely helpful through the whole process. We can finally watch our wedding 50 years on thanks to Paul and it made a wonderful surprise present for my wife and brother and sister-in-law!

Excellent service!! Paul was able to put 30 year old VHS tapes onto USB in just a few days. Quick and efficient which is one of the best things about Paul alongside the amazing customer service received from him. I would recommend him to anyone wanting to restore old family memories.

I had 45 home movies in a variety of formats that had been sitting in a drawer last viewed over 20 years ago. I no longer had the devices to play them. I wanted to see them myself but also to share with friends and family. I knew the only option was to covert them all to a digital format.The tapes were precious to me and I was a little concerned about packing them off to a distant company to do the conversion. I found Paul through local google search. The initial phone conversation with him convinced me that as a retired professional photographer he was well experienced in all aspects of the process and more importantly sounded like he understood how valuable the memories making up the movies were to me and that he would take good care of them.I was amazed at how quickly Paul had completed the task and the results were perfect. The whole process off dealing with Paul was faultless and I would highly recommend his services. One piece of advice. Don’t put off converting your movies. We only take movies of joyful and positive moments and we need to be reminded of them for our well being.

My husband had only one video tape containing footage of his late father and precious memories of his childhood which had become mouldy and damaged. He and his family had resigned themselves to the fact that they may never be able to see the footage again - until we found Paul! Paul had no trouble at all restoring the tape and kept us informed for the whole process. He restored the tape and in doing so, brought so much joy to my husband being able to see his father again after such a long time. We cannot thank Paul enough, and cannot recommend him enough. Paul is a very friendly, diligent professional. We discovered some 8mm cine film at my mums house after she had passed away which we couldnt remember seeing. Paul took the film, cleaned it, repaired it and made is digital for us which has been wonderful to be able to watch old memories from nearly 50 years ago. We have also had digital tape converted too and every time we have used Paul has never let us down. Price, service and time - exceptional.

Paul was extremely helpful and understanding as I had several hundred hours of media on VHS, miniDV 8mm and memory cards! He was fast and professional keeping me informed about tapes that were damaged or had no media on it. Considering some of the media was over 35 years old and hadn't been seen for up to 30years, the quality was very good. Thank you for an excellent service ☺️
