Absolutely friendly and amazing staff. Always providing the best services and making sure my teeth stays in a good condition whilst making sure I'm comfortable, specially when I usually have to take my toddler and infant with me. I would highly recommend!

I find the staff to be welcoming and friendly. Dentist ( sorry can't recall her name) always explains treatment options when necessary, and provides advice on looking after your teeth between routine check ups

Professional, knowledgeable and courteous service. Treated as an individual rather than just a number. I feel in safe hands. Dentist takes the time to explain options available and includes me as the patient in the decision making process. Admin staff also very polite and personable.

I don't know where all the negative reviews have come from but I've had a fabulous experience here. Maybe they've had other staff members helping them?I've been in twice now, once for a check-up and another for a deep clean, and both times Aneera has shown herself to be the best dentist I've ever had. She absolutely knows her stuff and is quick to provide answers to any and all of your questions. I've never had a dentist that's made me feel more at ease. When I had my clean, I was even given the option for local anaesthetic to help with the pain which I've never had before.Reception are also on the ball as far as I've been able to tell, although I've not had the need to call. They seem to be very responsive over email though.

Worst dentist about wouldn't recommend i moved out the area and got a new dentist 1 month after I had some work done here. New dentist had to redo the filling and do even more work. Dentist here said come back in 6 months, they are under staffed and patient care is suffering. Also one day gave me a numbing needle and after asked if I wanted the work done or not if I hadn't just had the needle i would of walked out beofre this. Rude unprofessional and not good work.

I can’t fault this practice. The reception staff are always really polite and helpful at Ancoats. The dentist Abeera is the best dentist I’ve had it’s clear she cares and is very personable which I really appreciate given the pressure they are all under. I feel lucky to be a patient here thank you!
