Poor customer treatment. No ethics. Agreed rate for six numberplate and charged more and kept door shut until paid and displayed nhs/critical worker discount not given, particularly one person very rude.

I asked one of the guys on the help desk if they had a car key battery. He took my keys opened it and changed the battery without asking me and telling me. Gave me a empty package and said pay for it at the counter. When I went to the counter he was charging me for the battery and the fitting. When I didn't even ask him to changethe battery. The pensioner who was serving me was so rude and abrupt. They don't care about customer service. I would not recommend

always great advice and quite competitive prices more parts than in euro car parts or other parts stores good service and almost always coming about with what i need once when the part wasn't available they ordered and arrived within few days highly recommended!

Always great service, the staff know what they are talking about and they're easy to speak to. A credit to Peterborough having an good quality , independently run auto supplier in the heart of the city. You can't drive around Peterborough without seeing one of their drivers out delivering parts

Been using the shop since it started and it’s been great. Miss the smile of the original owner but it’s in good hands still.No more 8pm closing time - guess I shouldn’t strip my car engine without getting all my parts first! And staff need the rest!
