Amazing customer service, everyone from the receptionist to the director who took personal charge of my case, my insurance company finally woke up and sent my £34K rugs to professionals after 11 weeks of messing me about with 3rd rate so called restoration companies, Tadley had all the time in the world to clearly explain everything to me, the director even took me on a tour and showed me the temperature controlled room my carpets would be kept in, honestly, if your insurance company don't appoints these guys they are selling you short! Many thanks to the Tadley Services Group for restoring the little furniture that survived our flood and then for storing it for us whilst our building works completed. Everything looks brand new and wonderful. They have such a wonderful customer service and delivery team.
