I run a plant-based foods brand and we were in need of a Formatic burger machine. Windsor FM are fantastic company with exceptional customer service. We purchased the machine from them just last month. Delivery was prompt, even given the current circumstances, and they thoroughly walked us through how to set up, work and clean down the machinery. We have continued to feel very supported and that they always have our best interests at heart. Would highly recommend this company and would definitely go to them again for any of our needs.

We have recently started using Windsor for repairs, service and planned preventative maintenance of our bakery equipment. I have found the service to be professional, the engineers knowledgeable and the customer service excellent. Particular thanks to Graham, the service manager for going above and beyond to help get us back up and running recently when all except one of our mixers went down.

We have dealt with Windsor Food Machinery for years now and have always been very impressed with the level of service. Today was a prime example of how efficient and helpful they are. We had a breakdown with a vital piece of equipment. We phoned at 9am to report the breakdown and we have been promised a replacement hire unit by mid-day whilst they take our broken machine away for repairs. You cannot beat that effort from Windsor Food Machinery.

We were looking at increasing capacity and replacing an old machine - contacted Windsor Food Machinery Ltd and Josh was really helpful, ensuring that we got the right machinery at the right price. The install engineer (Martin) was very knowledgeable and gave us many tips on how to look after the kit. Overall a great experience with a great company, highly recommended if you are looking for great equipment at great prices with great customer support! Will be using again :)

Have been dealing with Tim and the team at Windsor since we first started out producing. They have been absolutely first class from day one. Their prices are fair and their service is second to none. We have bought both new and second hand from them and every time they have been fair and reliable. When machines go wrong (and they do!) their maintenance team kick in, and I honestly can't speak higher of their service level. They understand the fact that down time is critical risk for a small business and they always pull out all the stops. In summary, I couldn't recommend them more for any food processing equipment trade.

We recently purchased an automatic chop/bacon cutter just before Christmas. We dealt with Glen Kirten, who talked us through all the features of the machine to make sure it suited our needs. He then delivered the machine out to us for a demo that week and we bought it that day. Very happy with the machine and the service. Would recommend.
