Susan is simply the best! She is absolutely lovely, she doesn’t rush you and lets you try on as many dresses as you want, in my case letting me try the same dresses on several times to decide! She makes your feel so comfortable trying the dresses on and shows you how they will fit you on your special day, she has the most beautiful dresses in stock and I am so glad I got my wedding dress from her! I had two fittings and felt super relaxed about my dress and she has kindly fixed it for me after my wedding too!

No word of a lie, Susan literally saved my wedding.I hated my original dress (from a different shop) and walked in not caring about dresses/ not having a clue what I wanted. Susan asked if she could shop for me and it was music to my ears, she then started bringing dresses out, tweaking her choices as to what I seemed to like and what suited me until we found *the dress*. Susan was kind and friendly and understood exactly what I needed (even when I didn't) a true pro and my real life fairy godmother.

I'd been to 7 or 8 stores across the NW before I had my appointment at Susan Craig Bridalwear. The whole experience had been stressful and I was starting to doubt I'd find my dream dress. That completely changed when I came here - Susan made me feel so at ease. She's so welcoming and friendly! The range of dresses stocked were perfect for what I was looking for and her approach removed so much pressure from the process. She was great at helping me work out what I did and didn't like within the dresses and we quickly narrowed it down to the dress I finally chose. Thanks again!
