Fantastic masterclass in Indian Cookery. Very well presented and informative, ending up with beautiful food to take home. Would thoroughly recommend.

It's been over a month since I joined Rama Foods Cookery Club's workshop. It was a great experience. Not only did we learn the different skills and techniques for cooking the delicious dishes, but we also learned about the history and heritage of the different foods and ingredients. The recipes provided at the end of the workshop were easy to implement. I have cooked some the dishes several times now and they are enjoyed by the whole family.I can thoroughly recommend Uttam and his cookery club.

Uttam provides a well rounded session. Information about history, regions, and his experiences. We got to help together, and it wasn't as difficult as I was expecting. The food was delicious! I would recommend anyone who wants an interesting and practical afternoon out to go. thank you Uttam!
