Came here today purely by Google search, just came out of a 9 day stint of hospital and my back, shoulders and legs were in desperate need of massage, they felt weak and were full of knots and pains from being bed ridden. Came into to see Phil, I rang yesterday, was booked in immediately for today, my appointment was at 3:30 I came out of the clinic at 18:30. He was a fountain of information. Now down to the massage, I was given the works, he knew what I needed and where, and the extra care and time he put in for me today was truly special, I came away feeling like I'd been given another body, I felt some resemblance of myself again. The price he charged me too, I felt like I was robbing him. Honestly please book your next massage treatment here, the care, quality, personalization, treatment and price are second to none!!! I'm already eager for my next visit!!!

5 Star treatment every time.I had been totally stressed out for some time and was looking for a good massage therapist for treatment to help me to de-stress.I was listening to the BBC radio one morning when I heard Phil from 'equilibrium/Alpha Male studio' talking about Holistic Therapies and thought now here we have someone who knows what they are doing and talking about.With this in mind I telephoned for an appointment for massage treatment and never looked back it was one of the best decisions I have made in a long time.Both Phil and Tom are very professional in their manner, treatment and the ongoing help and advice given to you.From my first visit they were very welcoming and friendly making me feel like not just another client but a friend. I have had massage treatment before at other places prior to my visit to equilibrium but none can compare and measure up to the treatment I now receive at equilibrium.With this in mind I now visit equilibrium/Alpha Male studio on a regular follow basis for treatment as a preventive measure.If you are hesitating as I was originally all I can say is don't just book and go you will not be disappointed.MikeOctober 2017I am finding the ongoing massage treatments to be most beneficial in helping me to de-stress and improvement in my overall flexibility and well being.When leaving the studio after treatment I have spring in my step and feel i'm walking on air.Various treatments and holistic therapies are available to both male and female clients which are very reasonably and competitively priced available from very professional therapists in Phil and Tom.In addition to ongoing massage therapy, I am now having reflexology and have noticed further improvement in my general well being.Phil can often be heard on BBC Radio Stoke discussing and offering advice on alternative holistic therapies.Keep an ear open for him next time he is on, better still ring them and book an appointment to discuss your requirements and give them a try i'm sure you'll not be disappointed and become a regular client like me.MikeAugust 2018

Amazing. I am currently suffering with sciatica and I am In a lot of pain. The gentlemen who run the parlour are really friendly and professional and seem to genuinely care about their customers. The massage itself was amazing and left me feeling so much better. I will definitely be returning for further work.

Had my first appointment with Phil today, started with a consultation followed by a massage that included hot stones. I would highly recommend! And I will be making further appointments!

Cannot recommend Phil and Tommo enough. Such lovely guys and super professional. I have been going to see them for a few years now for muscular tension in neck, shoulders and calves and the difference they make is brilliant! Not only do they help relax tension at the time, they also give good advice to maintain the benefits after massage for a while. Very good holistic therapies. Fantastic price as well and always treat you like an old friend.
