I am glad that I found Sunny from ASB Architecture ltd. For my project earlier I had another architect who had caused significant delays in coming up with drawings which delayed overall project. I am glad that I made right decision to go with Sunny for building regulations and subsequent planning permissions. We approached ASB Architecture Ltd after having issues with our current architect. Sunny was very easy to talk to, understood our needs, and provided us with excellent advice.He amended the plans which meant we had more space in the loft and he designed the crank beams and structural work.He was always available to chat and came on site when required. I couldn't recommend him highly enough and would definitely go with him from the beginning for our next project.

Extremely happy with my plans. Sunny did an amazing job, he made the whole process so easy with no stress what’s so ever! I would highly recommend him to do your plans and structural drawings. Amazing professional service 10/10! He listens to what you want with a quick turn around time! He is also so highly knowledgeable which really helped as this was the first time I was applying for planning and I felt a bit overwhelmed but he made the process so smooth and easy. I had a double loft conversion done (shell only) and was very impressed with Sunny’s Team. They would show up on time and work through the day with only one or just 2 breaks. His team were dedicated in getting the work completed and produced excellent workmanship. The lofts were to be completed as agreed within 6 weeks but were done in 5 weeks. Sunny would keep me in the loop of all progress and would let me know if there were going to be any delays. From a customer’s point I felt stress free during the build. I would highly recommend AsB Architecture Ltd for reliability and workmanship.

Can't praise Sunny enough. Recently had our extension drawings done through him. Delivered way before time and even went above and beyond to help us out with other contacts. Even changed our mind to give us a better version of the extension. Would definitely recommend to anyone.
