We booked a fortnightly clean with Home Services NE. The whole process was very easy. Our cleaner, Sarah, got in touch straight away and arranged a first clean. She does a fantastic job every clean. Great value too. Thank you!

The review is her words A lovely cleaner called Janice cleans for her every fortnight and has done a fabulous job. My neighbour says she is punctual, hard working and very pleasant and her house is gleaming. I helped my neighbour find this company and I have found all my dealings with the manager Jan to be professional and very helpful. Highly recommended.

Been using this company for many years & they have always provided a good standard of cleaning, employing cleaning staff who care & complete the job as is expected of them responding fabourably to specific ad hoc requests. We have been using Home Services NE Ltd for just over a month now to clean my elderly Mother in Laws house and they have been fantastic. My Mother in law has Alzheimer’s Disease and they have been so helpful and respectful.Anna is fantastic, she thinks about the jobs I just don’t have time to do. My cleaning lady ( Carol ) arrived at the time arranged and got to work immediately. She beavered away and made my bungalow look spic and span. I was impressed with her attention to detail and thoroughness and in the quiet efficiency with which she worked. I look forward to her regular fortnightly visits to keep my home fresh and clean. The sainted Adele was very adept at dealing with my father who could become very agitated due to his dementia. Adele managed to clean their house with minimum disruption effectively and efficiently every week. Thank you for a very professional service.

Home Services NE managed to squeeze us in last minute for a deep clean of my mum's house and we were really impressed. The house was a state, and really cluttered, I wasn't sure what they would be able to achieve. Kerry did an amazing job and prioritised the areas we asked her to. Great service!

The employee who works for me is called Andrea Lavendar. She is excellent. Andrea is extremely helpful and willing to assist in anything I need. No job is too big or small for her. She is always friendly whilst being professional. I would recommend Andrea as she is always prepared to go the extra mile. Andrea is courteous, polite, respectful, friendly, helpful and willing to assist in any way.

The Team were really helpful and accommodating to my Mother’s needs. Adele was very pleasant, helpful and efficient ; she did everything my Mother required to a high standard.Jan the Manager was efficient and very flexible. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Stacey has been the cleaner at our village chapel for the best part of 3 years. After covid lockdown she came and did a thorough refreshing of chapel and ever since she has been faithfully every fortnight to clean. The premises are 137 years old so it had seem some use over the years and Stacey has kept it spotless and sparkling. Sadly the chapel closed at the end of May and we had to ask Stacey to end her services with us . Just before the last service she did a special job and left the place shining. We are so grateful to her for doing such excellent work - regularly , quietly and efficiently. Thank you Stacey for everything, you have been tremendous
