My PC broke 3 weeks ago, I left it in with another technician who held it for weeks with no new info or fixes. Eventually I bit the bullet and brought the PC to Premier Laptop Repairs and that same day David was able to figure out the issues and get me back up running.Can't recommend these guys enough, great quick service and customer care!

I tried putting a graphics card into my computer and it didn`t show on the screen. I brought it to this place and when it was plugged in there it seemed to work just fine. I didn't get charged for the install (No fix, No fee) and it was a quick in and out when I arrived, definitely going back here if I have another issue.

Easy to get on with, no-nonsense guy.David took an old computer off me on a, if it's not worth fixing no fee bases. Explained its faults and give me the cost before carrying out any work. Fixed it in one day, over a weekend, had all downloads set up and delivered it back with a two-year guarantee. gave a follow-up call to make sure I was satisfied and saved me over £300 on a new one. It's working great, couldn't ask for better.

As much as I like to fix my own computer problems I also know my limits, which came in the form of a faulty laptop power jack! I rang Premier Laptop Repairs on a Monday to get a quote to replace the jack and thought the price was spot-on. David ordered the needed part for me which arrived on Thursday, I dropped it down that afternoon and he had it sorted for me same-day. Very much recommended - thank you David for the excellent service.

Can't say enough good about this guy. My new shiny gaming PC gave up the ghost on Christmas week and David took it on when no-one else would look at it, working late into the night to deal with some pretty complex BIOS issues. David did an incredible job on a technically tricky fix, communicated with me regularly throughout and was easy to pay. If my review can throw a wee bit more business towards him it's the least I can do.
