Excellent service. Barry was thorough in his work, and the follow-up call to check if we had any questions was helpful as we are first-time buyers.CK Consultancy were the only surveyor to provide an example of the output I can expect from them of the 5 or so I'd gotten quotes from. The turnaround time for the level 3 RICS document was fast and the quality was excellent, providing me and my partner with all the information we needed to understand the maintenance the property would require and a more in-depth analysis of the area the property resided within than the level 2 provided by the conveyancers.Would definitely recommend using this company for anyone wanting a house surveyed.

I decided to go with this small local company because I believe every starter deserves a chance to evidence their quality. I am very glad I made this decision. A few reasons: 1- excellent speed and quality in responses, very polite; 2- quickest turnaround time at the time among many others; 3- good price at the time among many others. But the most important thing that satisfied and impressed me is the home buyer report they produced-- the surveyor has clearly done an extensive excellent job. Their report is the most substantial, detailed, clear, knowledgeable and insightful one I have read. It is really detailed and so informational. It is like a double-work compared with previous homebuyer reports I have seen. I am very grateful. Thank you!

Absolutely fantastic service!As a first time buyer, I requested a RICS Level 2 Homebuyer survey. The survey was arranged and booked in for a week and a half later. All queries before the survey took place were handled promptly.The survey went ahead as scheduled, including checking something particular I wanted the surveyor to comment on.The report was ready for me by the next day that the survey took place, which I received immediately after making payment. The report is extremely detailed and includes many photographs of the elements checked in the survey. Of the example reports I requested when seeking quotes, this is definitely one of the best ones!After receiving the report, I was able to discuss this with Barry, who was absolutely brilliant in explaining all aspects I needed clarifying, and to also put my mind at ease regarding any potential repairs I would be facing and queries I had about certain elements (as a first time buyer it is rather daunting).Thank you CK Consultancy, for your promptness, professionalism and support!(if only I could say the same about my solicitor)

Outstanding service all round. Initial communication when making first enquiries was responsive, friendly and informative. Excellent turn around - survey was booked in for the following week and I received my 155 page report the next day! Barry was very comprehensive and included a multitude of helpful photographs. I requested a follow up call to discuss some of the contents of the report and Barry explained the salient points to me in great detail. This was really helpful to me and helped me to make a decision about how to proceed. I am so often disappointed by customer service these days but really cannot fault Barry and CK Consultancy Solutions in any way at all.

An absolutely amazing experience working with Cuneyt. They responded and acted quickly, helping to have great deal of transparency and clarity on what is being done. The report reflects this: It was immensely thorough, with picture, explanations, definitions, even recommendations on next steps, who to consult after, potential cost of repairs and more.
