I was in this Hospital a few years ago when it was Cheshire and Liverpool Hospital. I had a replacement knee operation. My surgery was done byMr Robb,he is the best at what he does 11/10 if that was allowed... As for the Hospital it was like being in a private Hospital. The Hospital was so clean,& tidy. The meals where fabulous. All the staff where absolutely brilliant and I mean all the staff...The best Hospital I have ever been in....Only down fall is that it is not closer to home...But all I can say is you to Mr Robb and all the hospital staff. You are all brilliant in a fabulous hospital....

On behalf of Mr Jeacock. We attended the knee school today and feel assured that all will be well after my pending operation. This contact is such a fantastic innovation and very much welcomed. The knowledge, skills and experience of the ward sister and the team was so evident and delivered with humanity. Thank you for you care and compassion.

What a well organised visit.Amazing as I had to wait 7 months from GP referral to first appointment. The NHS is in trouble from poor management not professional health staff.Sad.

AT SIR TOM BUILDING:Reception staff have got to be the most miserable I've had the misfortune to witness. Then a red head in the actual xray beat the receptionist by quite a mile in who can make the patient feel rubbish without even interacting competition. I've been there plenty for mri etc and it's usually very positive but this is 3rd visit where nearly everyone deliberately is sour-faced or talks to you like you're an utter inconvenience - especially older lady on front desk. Oh and save us having to talk to her, please label where you'd like xray patients to sign in. Would've saved me some loss of cheer having to be grunted at by Happy Larry!

Mum attended Tuesday morning for full hip replacement surgery, discharged Wednesday afternoon. Service from start to finish was exceptional, including X-ray, physio and all the nursing staff. Couldn’t fault a thing, they all made my mum so comfortable and felt safe. Thank you to the whole team, we appreciate everything you do!
