Linda has an incredible knowledge about absolutely everything that I had questions about! She listened very carefully to my story and emphasised with all my issues.. she then put together a whole package individually for me and I’m excited to start my new approach to diet and life style etc. I also took my blood test which I’m excited to see the results of. Linda is an exceptional nutritionist! From the very first e-mail I got a great sense of warmth, trust and knowledge from her communication and her advice. I've also had some virtual calls with Linda, she really clearly listened and understood my goals and put together a plan which was perfectly balanced in terms of advice but at the same time laid out in a format which was clear and easy to understand and not overwhelming given the amount of information. I would highly highly recommend Linda, her knowledge and approach are brilliant and I feel better for the changes already.
