Real nice tiles in store, but the tiler who worked in the shop while owner was away asked if he could price to tile my kitche, passage and utility did a bad job grouting up, and his tiling is not the best

We just had our kitchen tiles off Darren, he listened to what our needs were, gave great advice. Supplied us with tiles that perfectly matched our kitchen. Darren also Supplied us with adhesive and grout. This is the best place for tiles in South Wales, great products. Great customer experience. Nothing was too much trouble for Darren. Infact we will be back for our bathroom. All tiles were reasonably priced. Unit was easily located at Rising Sun industrial estate in Blaina. I will add photos once house is finished.

Valley have a great selection of tiles and Darren is extremely helpful with the selection process. He also recommended a tiler to carry out our work who proved to be excellent.Potentially a 5 star business spoiled at the last fence when I took an unused box of tiles back for refund to be told that without the original invoice there were no refunds. Rather annoying as I was not in when the tiles were delivered into my garage and neither my tiler or I have seen an invoice. Doubly annoying when you know that the business must have/keep copy of the original invoice !!!! triple annoying as this requirement was never advised or discussed at the point of purchase.5 stars reduced to 3 due to a rubbish refund practise.
