Popped in today and I must say wow what great service, I will be using this place from now on. Even though I live up north. If you are local this place is the place to go. The young lady was so helpful, this is the first vape shop I've visited.. thank you so much..

Came in earlier to enquire about vaping whilst quitting cigarettes. I was met with very friendly staff with outstanding knowledge on the products they provide. Highly recommend this shop.

Not quite as stocked as the plymouth flagship and the staff aren't as friendly or enthusiastic, but I still come here whenever I can't get to the plymouth store.

Not happy with this shop at all . Bought 2 disposable vapes yesterday has a present one does not work took back this morning and has there’s no warranty or anything told once left shop they can not refund . Disgusting . Why don’t they tell people this when buying them . If it’s faulty it faulty , why should the customer lose money . Won’t be shopping here again ever

Went to the store last Friday before lockdown, the lady in the shop was incredibly friendly and helpful. Easy to have a conversation with which I find sometimes lacking in other vape stores that are very much driving the sale then getting you out the door. Shop is very visually appealing and thoughtfully laid out, you can see that the owner has an eye for detail and shop was immaculate throughout. Prices reasonable too, as with anything you get what you pay for..couldn't recommend enough, will be nipping in again once I no longer have to run the gauntlet of checkpoints!!

Staff are always so friendly and have lots of knowledge on different devices and liquids. Really welcoming too
