Always friendly and polite. Treated my puppy for a 2 inch cut on her leg and I'm very happy with the treatment. Never push more on to you and do everything to the best cost they can making sure your pet is always in safe hands

Really friendly and helpful. Definitely will be using for my fur babies going forward as they were good with my dog but knowledgeable too. Nothing to much trouble either.

After having an awful and unpleasant experience elsewhere in Ashford where we had planned to get our puppy spayed, we went here instead - the service here is wonderful, very kind to the animals and humans and very responsive and friendly on the phone too. Thank you.

I advise you to look elsewhere , woman on reception was homophobic rude and ignorant , if you dont want to be kind and help a sick pet then please don't work in a vets .its costs nothing to be polite ,I dread to think what goes on behind closed doors when our beloved pets are out of sight if her behaviour was anything to go by.I would avoid and find a caring practice

Took in my poorly cat for a check over and they couldn't be more helpful. Nice and easy process, helpful staff on reception and vet knew her stuff. She asked my opinion and listened to what I said. Cat looking better already.No problem recommending these, in some other veterinary practices you are treated more like a walking bank balance. Here felt like I had more choice in treatment options rather than you are having this and that's it.Thank you.

Just called up after my dog had eaten some laurel berries, got rushed in only for the vet to tell me just to call the poison hotline. Got charged £50 for an emergency appointment where the vet did nothing when they could have just told me that on the phone… not even a general checkup, check heartbeat, feel tummy etc… nothing. I will be going to an independent vets after this, if that’s not taking advantage then I don’t know what is!I’d been with this vets for a couple of years and never had any negative experiences in the past, some of the reception staff are a little irritable. Nail clip is £16 not the typical £10.
