We visited a couple of different times and everyone was so helpful. We viewed quite a few of the caravans and there was never any problems letting us see as many as we wanted. The knowledge Mollie has of the caravans they have in stock is unbelievable which I’m sure is hard as they come and go quite often. Couldn’t fault this company at all. The delivery drivers were also brilliant! They made it go very smoothly. Massive thank you to everyone for all your help finding us our mobile home.

After visiting a lot of mobile home sellers site in the South of Ireland and almost giving up on the idea of living year round in a mobile home, we decided to go up north to see if the quality and price were any better and thankfully we found Dunroamin Caravans! The selection was amazing - we must have be shown about 15 mobile homes all well within budget and all very liveable all year round. We dealt with Molly and she was so informative and supportive, we never once felt like we were dealing with a sales person. She was very honest and never pressured us - she provided us with enough knowledge to make the right decision for us.After delivery, we had a couple of issues" and Molly was always on the other end of the phone to help us. They even paid to have our boiler timer fixed and the ignition fuse in our oven which were both not working after installation. It took us a few months before we were ready for the mobile to be delivered so within this time

It's a joy to work with this company. Nothing is too much trouble for them. From first meeting not really knowing what we wanted to purchase and delivery. Helpful and efficient all the way. Arrived at Dunroamin caravan sales to be greeted by young lad by the name of joe who was very pleasant & helpful who showed me around all statics for sale then was greeted by his sister Molly also very pleasant and helpful, I ended up buying a great static at a great price and also have had follow up calls from the company to make sure it was delivered ok and everything was to my satisfaction. We recently purchased a mobile home from Dunroamin in Newry. Having looked at so many different ones in various locations, we were amazed at the selection quality and value of all mobiles here. It was by far the best we had come across during our search. There are so many choices and all are a really good standard for used mobiles. We dealt with both Molly and Thomas, both of whom were excellent to deal with through the process of selection , purchase and delivery.The mobile was delivered very promptly and the delivery guys were fantastic on the day as our site was very tricky due to narrow gates and large overhanging trees , but the guys made sure the mobile came in without as much as a scratch. They were so patient and calm under pressure on the day. Have no hesitations recommending Dunroamin to anyone who is in the market for a mobile home.Also very easy to get to their yard just off the motorway! Highly recommend this company!

5 star service from Dunroamin, we bought our mobile a few weeks back but had been in contact with Mollie for months looking at different vans. She was so supportive throughout and the quality of the mobiles are the best that we have seen (we had been to different retailers). We now recommend Dunroamin to anyone that's thinking of upgrading on our site. Easy to deal with and great customer service and great value for money. We had been to several caravan dealers and numerous websites etc, prior to calling with Dunroamin Caravans. On arrival at the site, I was astonished to see the number of good quality statics to view. We were met by Thomas, who established what we were looking for and our budget. After having access to view all vans, we spoke with Thomas who, without putting pressure on us. provided advice on what we were looking for, offering his contact on new and changing stock coming in. We went home to consider.Having again viewed other sites, a week later we returned, to be greeted by Molly, who was aware of our previous visit. She was so professional in her approach and understanding of our needs and aspirations. We had identified a van which suited our needs, Molly took on board our personal requests and completed them without hesitation. Arrangements were made for delivery, while also liaising with our site owner. The van was punctually delivered as requested, no damage or issues. The site owner was also present, he commented to me how pleasant and helpful the delivery guys were.Throughout this whole experience, we received personal attention, courtesy and respect, nothing was a problem.Thank you Thomas and especially Molly, who kept us fully informed and made this transaction so smooth.I would definitely recommend.
