McDonald's is McDonald's, but this one is handy cos inside Asda , I am not a big fan of McDonald's due to being a vegetarian and McDonald's not having a great deal for veggies , but handy for my teenage daughter who has autism and struggles when comes to waiting around while i am at the check out so she go along and get her self some food and a drink for her lunch or tea to take away. The food always fresh, very quick service as time I finished my packing my daughter is walking towards me with her food ready to go back to the car .

Breakfast, almost lunch by the time it’s sorted, more bothered to do Uber eats than people waiting, ordered pancakes no syrup, was like eating mouthfuls of the driest dust, usually okay but starting to get worse and worse each trip

Not impressed to be honest..every time we've ordered the foods freezing cold, no straws for the drinks and always items missing.. bearing in mind it's not the cheapest place to eat to begin with. But your paying the best part of £7 for a meal..I won't be eating here again.

I know the face of mcdonalds is Ronald mcdonald but that doesn't mean you have to employ only clowns! Everytime we order from here the food is cold, or missing or just doesn't turn up! My 2 year old could do a better job!

Absolutely shocking ordered food came to £20 only got the drinks Fanta and coke the coke was green and flat wasn’t even coke do not recommend and they aren’t even picking up the phone

Awful, ordered from here 3 times now and every single time it has been terrible. Never the correct order, always something missing. The chips, sweet lord the chips - about 10 of them cowering in the packet. Divnt bother, whack on the air fryer instead.

This McDonald's prides itself in serving cold meals and wrong orders or orders missing items. My advise check your order before leaving the serving area if you're taking out. If you eat in ask for your table to be wiped before eating. The manager I seen was scruffy shirt hanging out and had no clue what his staff was NOT doing. Don't eat here

Really disappointed with the food last night. We went later at 9pm. The chips had obviously been standing for ages as they were cold. I took them back & asked for hot chips. The girl just took some more chips that were preprepared on the side so they were still not hot. They also had far too much salt on them to the point where they were almost inedible. The cheeseburgers were tasty but only warm. We'd looked forward to it all day & were thoroughly disappointed. The tables were all dirty as well.

Wow. I have just ordered from UberEats some pancakes and this is how they have arrived. They had a hair in, they had some sort of substance that was mouldy on the tray. And to top it all off there was a big burnt brisket crisp in the middle of it all. So obviously, this order was not checked before sending out. 10-02-2022 and order was around 9:45. Photos attached.
