I received and unboxed my Sage XL Cold today eagerly waiting for the delivery guy, and all I can say is WOW! what a beautiful machine! real heavy-duty and very stylish with all the stainless steel very impressed and such fantastic customer service!  A big thank you to UK Juicers & Sage I Love It :)

If only all companies in the UK were like this one; an absolute pleasure to deal with, from start to finish. Thank you to Joe and the rest of the team :) I love my new juicer!

Recently ordered two spare parts for my juicer. One item was the wrong item to the one I had ordered. The team at UK Juicers responded to my email and sent me the correct part, allowing me to keep the additional spare part as well. Polite & quick response as well as speedy delivery. Very good customer service.

Ordered part from UK Juicers Friday 2pm for next day pre 12 delivery on a Saturday, to a temporary Music festival address, delivered bang on time now problems what so ever. 100% will use again.

I spend £500 on a juicer from them with a view to using it for wheatgrass, I then send them an email via their ‘contact us’ page on the website asking for recommendations for a sprouting kit and they ignore it! I contacted another company who were very helpful so I bought the kit from them instead.

I ordered some more trays for my dehydrator and they arrived very promptly. They don't fit every well and they were a different colour to the normal l'Equip colour of light blue. UK Juicers said they would send new trays at no cost to replace them which was very good. Subsequent investigation by my husband found that over the years my dehydrator has slightly sloped in. I emailed them again to tell them that and to say but they still want to send me trays even though I said I was happy to keep them as this was as it turned out not their fault although the colour was totally different. Great customer service, very quick and very helpful, thank you Helen! I have used them for many years and always a great service!
