Just had our food order delivered, well half of it the other is missing, have tried ringing for well over 20 mins now with no answer so haven't been able to complain or find out about the missing food. Decided to shake the meal we had only to find out the fries were not just over cooked but so overcooked they were hard, not very nice at all. Sorry but so disappointed all I can say to any perspective customers is please don't order from here, find somewhere else to get your food from.

Actually had a great meal nearly every time I've eaten here. Sadly most of the times we arrive to eat We are told food isn't available so definitely check before you go. Otherwise very happy with what comes out

Excellent, Manager was perfect host aswell as staff even had laugh with me for asking if pregnant.. wasn't offended infact she had funny teasing me in a friendly Manor. Atmosphere was great, families there aswell as some for purely watching football on tv . Excellent .Will definitely return as it has no trouble from anyone, it's purely a feel good environment. Bravo

We have eaten here a couple of times, we went today for lunch which was my first outing after surgery on Monday and the lunch was delicious! Best chicken burger I've ever had. Excellent value for money too and staff super friendly.

I only went in for a couple of drinks so can't comment on the food, but the atmosphere was really good and the bar staff were great. Definitely recommend

My partner and myself have ordered a Houston burger which should come with onion rings on top with a pulled pork sub. I have received a pulled pork burger, not what I ordered, also there was no coleslaw which should be with the burger. Which is a shame as I order from Jack's diner on weekly basis and we like the restaurant.

Just ordered a carvery from there… wouldn’t even give it to my dog.. honestly whoever Cooked that needs to seriously take some pride in what they serve? Rock hard beef and gammon? Plastic mash potato? No cauliflower cheese? Soggy plastic roast potatoes? Seriously?
