I tend to write reviews by exception, and Mills Mobility Aids are exceptional; quality products and first class service.Craig and Colin were fantastic - friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and relaxed. There was no pressure or hurrying, only patience and understanding, and suggestions and recommendations based on my partner's needs.We were in Hereford on holiday from Scotland, but we will be making a point of keeping in contact (thank you for the advice, Craig).All in all top notch; I would recommend Mills Mobility Aids without hesitation.

I accompanied my 91 year old father to Mills Mobility Aids in order to investigate the possibility of a pavement scooter for him. We visited twice and tried two different machines before making a decision. We hired first before buying and this was an invaluable opportunity. Throughout the whole process we were made to feel extremely welcome and very much supported in our venture - a particular thanks to Dorothy who my father thinks (and I agree) is an amazing person. We eventually bought a scooter and in the first week alone it has transformed my fathers life. I can't thank Mills Mobility Aids enough and would recommend them to anyone especially if you need advice and a caring, supportive environment in which to make your choices.

An excellent service. My mobility scooter broke down, after a phone call to them, and an explanation to Chris on the other end of the phone, it was arranged that an engineer would call to my home the following morning. Darren arrived promptly. After a check for all obvious faults, battery etc., it was decided to take my scooter to the workshop. It was delivered back that same afternoon, in full working order. A full explanation, with a written checklist was given to me. All this, from the conversation with Chris on the phone, to the return of my scooter by Darren, was carried out with courtesy and a friendly professional manner, also at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them.

My partner and I rented an electric mobility scooter from Mills Mobility Aids on Thursday 2nd Nov 2023. The service was outstanding! Dorothy went above and beyond to make sure it suited our needs and the price was the cheapest in comparisons with other similar services. We were thrilled with the experience as it was our first time hiring a mobility aid. Upon return we were greeted by Chris who again went above and beyond to help us get a taxi back to out accommodation. If I could give them 10 stars I would! The whole transaction was smooth and reassuring, I'd 1000% recommend. Thank you so much!

Absolutely AMAZING service, the equipment is clean and fully charged, the staff are incredibly caring, especially Dorathy and Chris, ensuring we got home safe and even ordered us a taxi, I can't recommend them more. Plus they have the best prices in town!

An excellent company to deal with whether it's the office staff or the guys who visit, just so helpful, reliable, knowledgeable and never the hard sell, quite the contrary in fact.Time and great care is taken to make sure the right product is matched to the customer . We have had had many well priced products from them which have made life so much easier , having them brought to your home to try first is so convenient, takes the stress out of everything .Caring for loved ones with disabilities and who are in extreme pain can be so hard , the products sold by Mills Mobility can make a huge difference but being able to completely trust them to genuinely help and not just try and get you to spend as much money as possible is priceless .Greg is fantastic as his job as is Dorothy and the whole team, whoever you deal with you can totally trust to leave it to them .
