We did the sauna at Harlyn. Really lovely experience, very clean and well managed, excellent value. Will definitely come again. Beautiful view and a good jog to to sea to cool off (go at high tide for less of a run)

I purchased a group voucher for £110 from their website and got nothing back from these people. I have emailed three times and phoned leaving messages each time. No reply. It’s a scam - they’ve taken my money and run

Fantastic way to start the day! Bouncing between the sauna and the sea feels like a far more wholesome pick-me-up than your average cup of coffee! Sauna was the perfect temperature to counterbalance the bracing Cornish coast - couldn’t recommend more highly enough!

Sauna by the sea is an excellent idea executed well by a lovely chap.I recommend flip flops- my feet numbed running into the January sea which made bracing the waves challenging, also bring lots of drinking water.A genuinely beautiful experience, I could have stay for hours.

£15 for almost an hour, gorgeous view of the sea, amazing idea! When I got too hot I ran into the sea, then when I was too cold I ran back to the sauna. Highly recommend.
