Don’t buy cars from theses people! I brought a 2016 Corsa with low miles and had problems with gearbox only 4 weeks after purchase. No help from them with having it repaired. Just told to find a garage and use the warranty to fix. Many Garages have turned down the job and told me to contact the place i got it from. They have also ignored my calls during there open hours. Completely forgot to write a review when I picked up my car in February! Now 5 months on i’m still super happy with my BMW 435d and could not fault the service here. Great selection of cars all presented in an immaculate condition. Everybody working there was an absolute pleasure to deal with and the whole process was super quick and easy! Will definitely return in the future.

I bought a 2 year old Audi RS5 from here.Had quite a few issues with the car, for example the brakes. When the car initially came into advantage they replaced key elements, but failed to address the issues their mechanic advised and sold the car onto me without completing the advisorys. Silly things like replacing the pads on the car but leaving the old knackered warped discs on, usually both are replaced at the same time. This car is reasonably high performance with 0-60 in under 4 seconds, I kinda want the brakes to work.I won't post what was originally explained to me by Sam (salesperson) as he can't defend himself, but it was holy unacceptable.After a lot of phone calls / emails they agreed to complete the work, however I know for sure if I hadn't laid my hands on the mechanics report for the car they would not have paid the £2k to rectify these issues. But eventually they did so 4* review for doing the right thing, though I'm sure it's because they really had to.It may have been an anomaly but I'd be very cautious in the future. If your planning on buying a car from these guys ask to see the engineers report on the vehicle its very telling and I can't fault the mechanic team for their honesty. Hence the 4* review, sales however need to learn to accept responsibility and the hit on their profit margin should they inadvertently source a banger.

Bought excellent BMW 320i MSport from Advantage Cars Hailsham last week, for my daughter. High quality, low mileage car, accurately described in advert. Sam fully answered all my questions on phone, so drove 200 miles to/fro to view/test drive. Sam was friendly, helpful, and fully answered my further questions there. Agreed a lower price, plus list of jobs to be done, deal. On collecting a week later, car was superbly prepared/presented, all job items done, and full history documentation provided. Parent firm's local BMW main dealer Chandler's workshop had fully checked car, replacing all 4 worn discs & pads. Outstanding service from Sam/team/firm, excellent car/deal and very happy customers!

Liked a car for sale at this dealership. It had damage to the drivers door. The manager said he would have the damage done at the body shop so i put a reserve on the vehicle. A few days later i looked at the vehicle again and the repair was very badly done. I said i do not want the car now. The manager said we used a road side chip repair company. We test customers expectations and as i said i would not buy it like that they would have it done properly now. I lost faith in them so said no. Still not given my reserve back considering this happened a month ago. Have emailed them with no response. Not a very good company in my eyes. Hi Just responding to your reply.
