We used Milne Moser Solicitors & Estate Agents for the sale of a property. We were attracted to them initially as we don't live in Cumbria and thought it would be easier to deal with one company, an estate agent with an in house solicitors. This proved to be the right choice. Indiah, who dealt with our sale was very helpful & professional and kept us informed of progress on a regular basis. I would definitely recommend them.

What can I say about Ian Jenkinson and his team that hasn't already been said. From start to finish, on both sale and purchase, he's been brilliant. He's had his hands tied with boundary changes for the searches on one end to dealing with a property in trust on the other end. Throughout it all, he's done us proud. Nothing was too much trouble, everything was actioned very promptly where possible and he kept us informed at all times, explaining everything as we went along. Milne Moser are proper 'old school' solicitors who look out for their clients with care and integrity.
