Helping Dogs and Cats UK Rescue CIC

We recently adopted two kittens and the whole process was great. Everyone we spoke to was so helpful and we were able to adopt two wonderful kittens who are just right for our family home. The process was smooth, straightforward and clear and whenever we had any questions, they were answered promptly. We were also able to get lots of useful kitten bits and pieces from the shop for a great price, which really helped. We totally recommend Helping Dogs and Cats UK Rescue who are doing a wonderful job at rehoming animals.

Tracey and Paige were brilliant throughout the whole rehoming process. We had to rehome our kitten due to my two children developing allergies and one child's allergy got progressively worse. Contacted Cats Protection first but they couldn't help then stumbled across Tracey and her wonderful company. She asked me basic questions then got me to fill out a form about my cat. Contacted her at 12pm and a home was found for my cat by half 4. Tracey was contactable throughout the whole process and found a loving Foster home for my cat. Tracey was polite and professional throughout the whole process and Paige was so kind when I met her. Thank you so much for helping to rehome our cat so quickly. Would highly recommend Tracey and her wonderful team of amazing Foster carers!!!

The most amazing team! I adopted 2 kittens recently. I knew I was getting them quite early on, and I was sent photos and videos throughout and was encouraged to visit often. They look after the animals so we’ll and are so helpful and informative regarding your new pets needs. Thank you!

Tracey was amazing; kind, caring and professional. The dogs and cats in the care of this charity are very fortunate. I have now got an 8kg bundle of love called Teddie and feel equally fortunate. I was hugely reassured by the checks put in place to protect the pets needing rehoming even though, for adopters, it is a simple process. Thank you.

My neighbour suddenly died leaving his lovely 12 year old boy effectively homeless. Amy was amazing and managed to find a fantastic home for him very quickly. Both new owner and cat are called Thomas so it was meant to be.No one else offered the help or the contact that Helping cats and Dogs Rescue have given.An amazing organisation x

I couldn't be more impressed and happy with the service and support I received from Tracey and her amazing fosterer at hdacuk. I phoned about having to sadly rehome my cat Mister and Tracey was so lovely, quick with getting forms over to me, in responding to emails and finding an amazing fosterer to take Mister. Since dropping Mister off I've received regular updates and photos of him settling in which has made my day every time. Highly recommend!!

These guardian angels have offered assistance in me to find a new loving home for my 2 cats. Each and every one of them were friendly, which made the whole upsetting situation more manageable which I can’t thank them enough for. Thank you all for a “Purrfect” experience xx

They ensured, via a rigorous vetting program that we could meet his needs in everyway. Getting to know you, suitability, references, home checks all very thorough, with the animals long term care and stability a priority. Their communication and help were excellent and they offer ongoing support. Very impressed by everything. Thank you to everyone, especially Michaela, who was our main contact and super quick at answering any questions and expertly helping us through the adoption process.
