Purchased a 520d estate and the experience between initial contact to aftersales has been top draw.Due to location I needed a full video walk around with every minor issue pointed out as did not want to waste 8 hrs in travel .Video sent was honest and to the point , not what you get from all car dealers but was clear that we could agree the vehicle detailsHad to delay the collection by a week due to flash floods but contact was maintained and arrangements to suit agreed as my travel distance was 4 hours.Had a small issue on the journey home , Andy responded that evening and the morning after had sourced a part for me to collect.Andy and Jack are very welcoming and open to any discussion about the cars and where they have come from which is genuine and informativeHappy customer and will be recommending to family & friends

Visited German motor store this weekend to look at a 1 series and was very impressed with the condition and how the car was presented. Organised a visit with Andy and was greeted by jack who answered any questions we had with a relaxed approach allowing us to view the car in our own time with no pushy sales tactics. I had a very good experience with German Motor Store, I was needing a automatic car due to health issues I have. Andy was very nice, not pushing a sale at all. I asked for a video walk round of the car, which Andy did for me without any hassle. He told me everything I wanted to know about the car. I absolutely love the car. The price was very reasonable too. Once I got the car home I noticed the balancing for the wheels needing sorting. German Motor Store was more than happy to help sort. Excellent service. 5*. Andy at the German Motor Store could not do enough for me. I live a fair distance away from them and was looking to purchase a car that they had for sale. Andy went out of his way to show me the car in as much detail as possible before making the long journey. The car in question unfortunately on this occasion wasn't quite what i was looking for, which saved Andy and myself time in the future. Andy is also aware of budget and requirements and will let me know if anything suitable comes into stock in the near future.Excellent customer service like this is rare these days!!

We recently visited German motor store in September to pick up our new BMW after just landing in the UK from America.WOW! Is one of the only words we can say. The car has been brilliant and the customer service we have received from Andy is fantastic! I will always recommend German Motor Store to anyone who asks me about our car!We travelled all the way from the Isle Of Wight and it was one of the best decisions made.We found the car a day before we flew to America for 3 weeks. Although this was the first time Andy had had this we paid our deposit and the car was waiting for us upon return. Great experience throughout the purchase. All cars are very high quality and in top class condition. Everything was explained and know pressure was added. I was left to look around on the car at my leisure and they answered any questions I had about the car.If these guys have a car you are looking for I would highly recommend visiting there show room.I would certainly buy another car from this company in the future.Thanks again
