Dropped my car off for an MOT, it failed on a brake sensor, (i knew the sensor was faulty already). I was told by the owner that to change the sensor i would have to have new sensor, with new brake pads, and new discs. Was told £600+. When i asked if thats the only way he reassured me yes it is. I declined the work and took my car elsewhere.A different garage replaced my faulty sensor for £35 part & labour, and programmed the new sensor to the old pads, and told me no need for new pads and discs, he was shocked at what Autotech had told me. Obviously trying to squeeze unnecessary work from me.When fixed, i Took the car back to Autotech to get it passed for the new MOT,I explained what i had done and at the cheap price of £35 and said how it was just a new sensor and how it was fitted, replied to me with “Didnt know you could do that” thats it. Passed my car and i’ll never go back.

Just want to say a massive thanks for your help today. Last minute repair to help get my son back on the road to his driving test after the handbrake cable broke! Fingers crossed for tomorrow and thank you again for your friendly and efficient service. We will use you again!!

I have used Autotech for a number of years now and I honestly wouldn't use anywhere else now.I'm a driving instructor and Gary and his team always make sure my car is fixed and back on the road as quickly as possible as for me, time is money. I feel safe knowing that as a woman, I don't get ripped off and everything is always explained to me so I understand what's wrong with my car. I also like that there are never any hidden charges, the price I get quoted, is the price I pay. Do hesitate in using this garage as you will not be disappointed.

On holiday in Great Yarmouth and had an issue with my car. Phoned this company and they got me in the same day and fixed it in 3 hours. When I picked it up they explained everything they did in great detail and we had a good giggle too. Absolutely lovely guys totally recommend

Great garage with friendly staff who helped me when I broke down on the way into Great Yarmouth, they even arrange recovery to get to the garage and got the car fixed to get me home again on the same day.

Not even worth the one star!Absolute joke of garage from start to finish!Assured our car was repaired and safe to drive but broke down less than 24hrs after supposedly being 'fixed' and 'good to go'.We got a courtesy car from them as after several weeks they still made no efficient repairs which amended the damage they had caused, even the dodgy Astra they loaned us broke down.Cowboys mechanics is what they are and I would strongly suggest you look elsewhere because they are not honest and reliable nor even that knowledge on cars or certainly wasn't knowledgeable on BMW'S in our case.Thankfully it is possible to find a honest car garage as we now have.My review is honest and I am happy to provide evidence should I need to prove my review is an accurate account of their service or should I state their poor lack of service!EDIT; In response I will not be deleting my review as it is a true and accurate account of the poor service I received.As stated I can provide proof of repairs and I most definitely did get provided with a faulty Astra as a courtesy car from yourselves.Edit,edit :Wow playing clueless to stop from potentially deterring others and avoiding any claim isn't going to work either you know full well which vehicle I refer to and it wasn't years ago the repairs were done either.As a previous customer at your garage I am well within my rights to add by experience of your services truthfully and accurately irrespective of your denial at my vehicle being there or dates as despite how long you claim to have been using Google review I did it within appropriate time frame so no I don't want you anywhere near my vehicle nor do I wish to have any more dealings or communication with you.I use a reputable garage now who are amazing so deny it all you please but I stand by my review and have nothing further I wish to add.
