Ocean Hand Car Wash

It’s not possible to leave zero stars. Dreadful. Awful. Car still pretty dirty, after parting with £10. Sections of the roof not touched apart from water. No window cleaning - had to ask for the smears on the windows to be cleaned, and even then they only did the windscreen. Alloys touched with nothing but spray and water. A blind person would have done a better job.

I've been here a million times and my car always comes out looking like new again. The team here work like clockwork.

If you really wants your car clean go try the one out it’s absolutely amazing friendly stuff definitely recommend everyone I’ll see ya soon

I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews here about these guys.I can see why because the staff do come across very lazy and just want to make money out of you by telling you to bring it back for a polish and we'll get all the marks out".However

Despite charging £20 I still had to assist in cleaning windows including getting a cloth for them as they only had wet ones. The clean wasn't up to standard I needed and they couldn't understand what I was asking them to do/not to do. Not overly impressed.

Dont know how they managed to chip my new car paint. Yes I know it's small and you can hardly see it unless its pointed out. But I know it's there!!

Superb little car wash do a very good job nice friendly staff & a free smelly as well.

They are all good and they do good job for my car really pressure for them and I am very happy with the price

Many more staff, than is needed. Which hampers an organised wash. Price is hefty for the standard of clean.

Genuinely terrible. The guy all the others gave the money to (assume he was the boss) shampooed half my car while on his phone, then when I rolled down the window to question it he said the next guys who did the inside would take care of it. A rude woman told me they were finished after about 5 minutes. My car was still covered in dirt. It was all over the spokes of the alloys and the majority of the car just had dirt smeared around on the paintwork. The “boss” had the front to tell me it wouldn’t come off when I showed him the dirt, I wiped my finger through it and surprise surprise it came off. The inside was still filthy, they’d barely vacuumed the floor and the centre console cup holders etc weren’t even wiped out. Marks all over the windows. I told him I would pay half as they’d done half a job. Ended up leaving without paying after some dispute and argument with several of the staff who were somewhat aggressive. Absolutely shocking for the price they wanted to charge and I will never return. I took photos but can’t add them to this review. Please save your money and go elsewhere.
