Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff.No pressure to buy anything after my eye test.They gave me my prescription to take away.I got a real bargain with money off a pair for driving and more money off a pair for reading so decided to buy the frames from here.Family been coming here for years and they are so much better than the rip off high Street brands.Your not just a name and a number here they give you the personal touch with no high pressure selling.

I have experienced the one to one service on several occasions. The staff seem patient and allowed me to take my time choosing frames.The eye test seemed good too.There are different lens options you can get.Small branch give it a local feel.

The optician I saw was extremely caring and went over + beyond to explain what I needed to know and follow through to ensure I received urgent attention from my onward referral. The staff were generally courteous and helpful. Visiting again soon with my children.

Booked a check up online as felt my prescription needed to change.Store phoned while I was at work and spoke to a family member. Said they were cancelling my appointment as I was not due a check up for another 7 months. When told I thought my prescription was no longer correct the reply was to come back next year and if it was a problem go to the emergency eye clinic.On what planet is it ok to speak to someone else about my appointment? And when did your next check up is due in 2 years but if anything changes

I had an eye test with Richard and found his expertise and professionalism to be top-class. He was also very friendly and funny :)My friend also had an eye test (again with the excellent Richard). She was advised (and fitted for new glasses) by the knowledgable and extremely helpful Chloe.Chloe offered lots of useful advice during the frame selection process and, like Richard, was chatty and friendly.We will definitely continue to use this opticians.

The eye doctor is very thorough and explains everything to you about your eye. I’ve been to other boots and speck saver in the past and the int at Kingston Milton Keynes is the best by far.
