Spent Christmas with the family.The cottages are in lovely location. Mary and John are very attentive. The cottage that we are in is warm and cosy. My children love the waterfall that we saw during our walk in the mountain (the mountain facing the cottage). My children also love feeding the chickens and ducks. We really enjoyed our stay and difinitely love the views.

What a beautiful location for these amazing comfortable clean cottages, John and Mary are wonderful hosts, theres so much to see and do near Clan Cottages, or stay close to cottage and sit on the lake with picturesque views, wifi is great, kitchen everything you need and beds and linen are high quality. We cant wait to plan our next stay.We had a 8yr old with us and she loved it, the sheep nearby and picking wild raspberries, and a shed full of games kept her busy.

I went with the family. We couldn’t have booked a better cottage. Ideally located facing a magnificent lake, the cottage is very well equipped, neat and clean. The owners John and Mary was kind enough to entertain our kids with a “farm tour” and also took the trouble to take us on his boat for a fishing trip. We are looking forward to book this wonderful place again and meet this wonderful people.

We stayed for two nights at the Clan Mackenzie cottage and absolutely loved it. The cottage was clean and cosy and came with all the essentials, including milk, coffee, tea, biscuits and wine as part of our welcome pack. We were met by Mary on arrival who talked us through everything, and didn't hesitate to help us when we needed it. The cottages are situated next to Loch Nell and stunning rolling hills all around provide the most wonderful scenery. On a clear night, the stars are incredible! We'll definitely be coming back to stay here again soon.

The most beautiful part of Scotland. Can't rate this place enough. Ideally situated, stunning views of mountains and lake. Cosy, comfortable chocolate box cotteges. Hosts super friendly and helpful. Kids loved it. We loved it. Holiday to remember. Can't wait to go back.

Lovely part of Scotland. Clan cottages are modern and warm on the inside. Mary was very accommodating and we had a great time. Highly recommend this place for a few days.

Wonderful place to visit. Very private and scenic. So many things to do, and there is an info & activity shelter on site. Loch to row and fish in, many walks and views, plenty of good eateries and close to ferries that take you out to the Hebrides. Would definitely visit again. The only thing I would improve on are the beds. Some were good, others were a bit hard and lumpy. Xx

As I write this, my husband and I are still here. We booked a three night stay, and I wish we would have booked longer...it is the most beautiful, peaceful vacation spot I have ever had the pleasure of staying at...the cottages are spotless. Everything you could need, five minute drive to town. The owner is very helpful with everything and makes sure you have all you need. Very highly recommend this place

Surprised Google didn't ask me to rate this before now. We stayed there last year and had a wonderful time. Everything was clean, tidy and working. The cottages are superb as is the location. So peaceful, on single-track lane with maybe 1 or 2 vehicles per hour, it was lovely to walk the dog down the lane to see the Loch. Note that dogs are only allowed in selected cottages. We wouldn't normally choose something so close to other people but we had stayed here once before in the very early days and knew that would not be a problem. Would happily visit again.

Fantastic stay. Incredibly beautiful views and very peaceful. The cottage itself had everything we could want or need. A week our family will not forget!
