Myself, my husband and my daughter are all loyal customers here, the service is absolutely brilliant! I have been taking our daughter since she was very young and they have always made her at ease and now she's 11 and she's very comfortable with having her eyes tested. Would never go anywhere else.

I have been with optic shop for over 14yrs due to my son Levi poor eye sight from a very early age... The service is very good.... The staff make you feel like family and are very helpful and welcoming.... Nothing is to much trouble for them.. They have helped my son so much... They go way and behold just a business... I would recommend them to anyone...Keith and his wife in the Newport shop are amazing, got to say all the staff in the Newport shop are fantastic...
