I came away from the first meeting with Richard feeling positive, completely confident our house was in safe hands and we had chosen the right estate agent, we have not been proved wrong. Kaitlin, as our dedicated agent has been fantastic, great communication every step of the way, giving clear guidance and advice as needed. I have no hesitation in recommending Radcliffe & Rust for the excellent service from their friendly and professional team.

More or less ok. Positive was that they let us use the garage despite it was not mentioned in the contract because of its terrible condition. That was helpful. But there was more of negative stuff. The maintenance issues in the house were always only partially solved and they tricked us during the checkout so we payed around 50 GBP more than what would be fair for cleaning... would not recommend but if you are desperate for the house you definitely can survive their treatment

We had an excellent experience using Radcliffe & Rust and would definitely recommend their services to anyone selling their property. They're competitively priced, take brilliant photos and video of the property, update really clearly on viewings/ viewing feedback, and Kaitlin did a wonderful job of pushing through our sale once an offer was received (despite our slightly incompetent solicitors!). I can't fault them!

I let out a house for four years, and Radcliffe and Rust were the letting agents managing the property. I have never had any complaints about their service, and have always found everyone to be helpful and trustworthy. Any issues reported by the tenants were dealt with in an efficient and reasonable way. I particularly appreciated the advice that David Radcliffe gave me when preparing to let out the house. I was pleased to also be able to use their services as estate agents when the time came to sell.

We bought our small house off Mill Road in 2014 and for 18 months another agent was handling the let. We moved to R&R and. Never looked back. We had good relationship as tenants but the moving out out procedure was a bit painful.Communication was not ideal but that was only a minor issue.We trusted the agent to do viewings while we were not at the flat as we had moved out already.When I went to check the condition of the flat at the last day, I noticed that they have left the lights on and the heating on the booster setting!I doubt that it was done on purpose as it could easily just be someone that viewed the house or the cleaning service that they hired. Either way it was extremely frustrating and inflated our electricity bill.

We had very few issues, however, when we did, the team managed the issue in a proactive way, taking control of the situation to resolve the issue to meet the needs of both tenant and landlord.
