Stay clear brought a second hand part ex car was told twice there was a logbook but after I had paid they then said no logbook I have to apply for 1. Asked for money back and was told that I carnt have it back as sold as seen. Doesn't say sold as seen in add and being a company like this I am intitled to my money back. Scammers that lets there works smoke weed whilst moving cars around

I got a call from this company and was told I had been accepted. All I had to do was take some documents to their showroom. I got there and after speaking to the salesman I waited for a about 2 hours signed my agreement and drove away in my new car. :) vroom vroom

If there will be option for zero stars this place would have it! I never seen company like this before. I have good credit score and I just wanted to buy a car. They took from me £ 300 deposit and they never give me a car. I asked for my deposit back and they are ignoring it. There were 2 of us. They took £ 400 from my friend and he is in same situation. The receptionist is very rude and unprofessional! She was laughing to our face that police will not do anything with this as we paid less than £ 1000. Unprofessional people working in this company. If you don't want to lose your money I would recommend to buy car with different company. Horrible Experience this!

Ok, This is my VERY FIRST review in google page. I would like to be really honest with the people who read reviews before commuting to commit.I applied for finance thru their website, next day guy phoned me ( named Garry, goes to me come get your car, just need to do some paperwork about the finance, takes about 3 hours,guy goes to me you will drive away today after the 3 hours paperwork) i was ment to be working but rather my own car stared playing up so i thought i will stay off and go to their place guy is saying to me my finance is gone tgru..., i thought i would swap my car do the finance on the remaining amount. I went there about 3pm, and i thought i would give him some deposit to bring my finance down, he said you will drive away today, i said (before handijg the money over..)if otherwise i would need the deposit back today so i can hire a car and go to work next day( i am a builder, i got a job in Blackpool as i am writing this and i live in manchester..). Then Gary goes ok no problem you will drive away with your new car today, if not there is euro cars hire 2min from here, i will give your deposit back and get a hired car.. Also i mentioned to him that if the Apr comes more than really expected on total sum i will have to decline the finance. Gary goes yes sure, i wouldn't pay more than this amount myself and delclining the finance is entirely up to you and there is no charge for that.After 3 hours i got offered a car, valued in their garage for 9500 and i got offered for 24500 total amount. (After my deposit and my car on top) I said i cannot go ahead with it he said yes no problem. Then comes the time, i said can i have my deposit back, i need to go hire a car like i said he goes deposit stays with us for 28 days for no reason. I was literally gobsmaked, as i waisted a days work to go there and they put me in a very difficult condition for next day as he would literally refuse to give my deposit back. And there goes professionalism out of the window, you phone them, they rude, no one wants to help you get your deposit back, Gary ignores the phone call, others refuse to even acknowledge who you are......Finally after 3days of constant ringing, annoying them i got my deposit back.GUYS LISTEN THERE ARE MORE THAN 1000 CAR FINANCE GARAGES AROUND. PLESE ALLOW TGIS ONE AT ANY COST. DO NOT GO IN THERE, YOU WILL 100% REGRET. GOOD LUCK IF YOU STILL PLAN TO GO.

Pushy. Ignorant. Don't provide the buyers pack. 2 months later no log book. Received the log book there and have not sent it on, had to chase 3 times. Still not arrived. Never, ever again! Still no buyers pack and purchased at the beginning of February. If there was an option for 0 stars this place would have it.

Beware!!! I did go to this place to have a look at their cars. While i was there i witnessed argument within staff and customer. Customer applied for finance but struggled to get past... the company apparently was messing him around for month and at the end he had enough and decided to give up! He asked for £1000 deposit back few times but staff ignored it.. they kept trying to offer other finance company instead... their offer was a rip off anyway... that lad was buying £8000 car but supposed to pay £16000 within 3 years... the guy got really annoyed which i understand!! Poor young lad! Stay away!

Never ever go to these people. They are scammers. They took my car as part exchange and they did not deduct the money from the original price. Called them several times, 3 months on issue not resolved. In other words they stole my car. They don't deserve one star.

So I purchased a car from this company back in october which I was really happy with. 3 weeks later the car had problems with the power steering, which they happily took and repaired (took two weeks) without providing a car while it was being. Collected my car then two weeks later the same problem came back so I returned the car to be repaired, to which they repaired the car ( 9 days ) and provided a car and insured it while mine was being repaired. Collected the car and guess what? Yeah correct it happened again. So I returned the car again and they happily took the car again for repair, to which they provided another car while mine was being fixed and fully insured. Two weeks later they finally tell me my car is fixed so I went and collected it. I might also add at this point , that while they have had my car they have used roughly 15 pound worth of fuel because they drive your car to different garages to get it repaired. Anyway continuing on, I received my car for a third time and two weeks later the same issue happens while my wife was driving the car whilst learning to drive. Rang the company to say how unhappy I was and decided to take it to a german car specialist who said there were 2 pages of faults with the car when they plugged it in. The car finance people said they would allow me to take the car to a garage of my choice and get a quote and they would consider paying for the problem. A day later the aftersales lady who works maybe 3 days a week (aftersales number doesnt work if she isnt in) rang me to tell me that she has spoke to the manager and that I could change the car for another and speak to the manager. I went down to the dealership at the time arranged and was left waiting for roughly an hour. One of the employees invited me into a room and discussed changing the car and sorting the finance to which i told him that I do not want new finance. He said that they would run credit checks on behalf of my finance company so I could change the car. Waited an hour or so then the aftersales lady came over to us and said it looks like we cant have new finance so cannot swap the car and put us in another car while they attempted a repair on my car again but this time I had to sort my own insurance on top of the insurance I already had on my own car but they would send the funds over immediately if I paid them. I reluctantly agreed to this and had to ring everyday to get the money back for the insurance. I also recieved a message from the dealership saying that I had been accepted for new car finance and the same from a finance company. As I sit here writing this review it has been 16 days since the car finance people took my car and the insurance has finished on the lease car as they said it wouldnt need to be longer than two weeks to repair my car. I have rang numerous times and in return all I get is that they are going to ring me back, but never return any calls and will not tell me where my car is. I can also confirm that I have warned them that if I do not receive my car today or the whereabouts then I will be sending them a letter of rejection for the car and after speaking to trading standards, I have a very good case against this company to take any form of legal action neccessary. Going to speak to solicitor and ask which is my best option from this point. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND SPREAD THE WORD. IF YOU DONT, YOU WILL REGRET PURCHASING A CAR FROM THESE COWBOYS. Also could other people please get in touch over their issues as a local newspaper could take this story on if there is enough noise.

Deserve 0 stars !!!!Was messed around while buying the car had to travel there 3 times ones being left with no way home with my 4 year old son after being told it was already !I finally got a car which wasn't the one I was suppose to be getting!after 4 weeks the car had a water leek was told I had to pay for it to be fixed £175 it cost me now 6/7 months down the line the air pump has gone £140 to fix now there is something else the water isn't circulating no heating !!!! god knows how much that is going to cost me I already pay £302 pound a month for the car so unless you want to be paying stupid amounts like me STAY WELL CLEAR ! cow boys they are !

Staff were really down to earth and welcoming. They didn't have the car I was looking for so after submitting my paperwork and a brief discussion I left a small deposit to secure my car of choice and within 24 hours they had sourced me one and I was able to collect it that day.So glad I waited for the right car.
