Have a problem with a microwave that cooks fine but leaves huge amounts of water in the bottom of the microwave & on the door. Had 2 new doors fitted which hasn't solved the problem. The engineer has attended twice and has taken pictures now I have been told that the sales team say this is normal and I need to take more pictures! The soft close mechanism on my new cabinets also keep falling off..not impressed and would think twice before using Howdens again

I can't recommend the Bourne Howdens team enough. From kitchen design to trade counter the level of service is always fantastic, polite and professional. Also the level of knowledge within this team and the willingness to offer help and advice is great.
