Brilliant service from start to finish! Amy on the helpdesk has been brilliant and helped with the whole process of getting WISP installed... We have struggled with every broadband supplier for the past 10 years getting between 1-2mb broadband - constant buffering and unable to work from home due to connection speed. New internet installed last week and it is AMAZING!! Rob was brilliant (and his labourer) and it was all completed and up and running in a few hours - now getting mega fast speeds and no issues watching TV/Netflix/iPlayer etc at the same time as kids on ipads and me working!!! Just FAB! THANK YOU!!

Fantastic and attentive service from start to finish. Really pleased with my installation from Boyns IS Ltd - Rob Boyns did a great and tidy job, and made sure that everything was connected to my existing systems and fully functional before leaving my home. The system works really well (we're in Bontuchel, near Rhuthun), and we are getting a reliable and fast broadband link through 4G, with the mesh Wi-Fi system, that they also fitted, ensuring that this is the case throughout the house and outbuildings. Prior to installation, all my links with Boyns IS Ltd were really good, with prompt responses to to any queries from Amy and others in the team. I would 100% recommend this company. Rob and the team helped me move into a 4G system with mesh connectivity due to very low broadband speeds. It really has transformed my internet experience and I am now averaging over 20mbps (compared to 3 previously!).They provided a great service and I can thoroughly recommend them.Thanks again!
