Easy route from Kirkstall to Leeds

Nice quiet station!

Nice quiet station, with tickets at the time of writing being £4.30 for an anytime day return and the average journey time being 6-8 minutes using it as a park and ride is a cheaper alternative to parking in town centre although it would benefit from extra parking spaces. It is also a good spot for rail enthusiasts with regular freight and specials passing through as well as direct connections to Leeds, Bradford Forster Square and the occasional direct train to Skipton. Will likely see more stopping services once the redevelopment of the area nears completion.

There's a much quicker route walking to this station from the Broadlea estate go down past st Benedict's and cross the lock at the bottom it's 10 mins max
